  • How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

    We deliver to the UK and Internationally.

    UK Standard Delivery £4.00 Orders over £100 – Delivery FREE

    All our parcels are sent Recorded Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt. You will be sent an individual tracking number for your parcel as soon as it is despatched to allow you to follow it every step of the way. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.

    International Orders to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Hungary, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and USA will be sent via International Signed For with Airmail Delivery which includes tracking within the UK.

    European Union £9.00 Orders over £100 – Delivery FREE

    The Royal Mail aim to have this delivered within 5 working days.

    Worldwide £16.95 Orders over £100 – Delivery FREE

    Please also note that some Countries have specific restrictions on certain products, and we ask that you check your local customs regulations before placing an order with us. Furthermore our International delivery charge does not include charges that may be made to your delivery such as import duty, additional taxes or customs fees, again we ask that you check your local legislations.

  • Do you always meet your delivery timescales?

    We do our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are outside our control.

  • What’s your return policy?

    If you're not happy, we will give you a full refund for the amount you paid for that item if it is returned within 7 days in the original condition.

  • What happens if I don't like the items or they do not fit?

    Just send the item back to us within 7 days and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund. Please fill in and enclose the form attached to your delivery note.

  • How long does it take to process my returns?

    Orders and returns are processed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • Do I have to pay for postage if I want to exchange an item?

    You will have to pay for return postage yourself. However, we will happily post you out a different size or style for free.

  • What if I want to exchange my item for something cheaper or more expensive?

    We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to cover the difference of a more expensive one.

  • How long do I have to exchange items?

    You have 7 days to decide.
